Product Manager

Growing manufacturer that serves the consumer electronics, medical, athletic footwear and industrial industries is looking for a Product Manager. The Product Manager is responsible for developing, planning and marketing the product. This would include the processes, tools, and technologies that support the sales team. You would play an integral part in smoothing out processes, analyzing data and research and being the internal advocate for both the customer and the external sales team members. You would maintain pricing structure and models for their products and coordinate activities with internal team members. This position has one direct report and dotted line to 2 additional in another location.

Requirements

• Product Management experience with new product development within manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Leadership experience either having direct reports or leading project teams
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with salesforce a plus
• In-depth knowledge of pricing and costing methodologies for manufactured goods.
• Ability to work over multiple time zones;
• Ability to travel to other locations(couple of times per year) which would include international
  
  

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
