Primary Responsibilities

• Introduce prepay and post-pay analytics and processes to C&S and E&I Membership
• Work with market leads to grow C&S and E&I membership
• Lead in-house process design for premium adjustments (MSP, ESRD, Hospice) for existing M&R initiatives
• Work with internal / external partners (claims, vendors, analytics, etc.) to align best practices
• Analyze data sets and use Structured Problem-Solving techniques to root cause and solution
• Create process design, documentation, and flow charts
• Provide direction and training to representatives on process expectations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Coordination of Benefits experience
• 5+ years experience of ideation, process design and formal analysis
• Proven knowledge of NAIC and Medicare guidelines
• Experience with basic Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Community and State (C&S) experience
• 5+ years of Employer and Individual (E&I) experience
• 5+ years of Medicare and Retirement (M&R) experience
• Experience and knowledge with OCSP, CSP, or Sierra Facets platform
• Proven knowledge in Post Pay and Prepay claims practice
