ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Spherion Temple is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Administrative Assistant to manage and accurately calculate data based on established criteria. This temporary position involves tracking, recording, and analyzing employee data to ensure fair and consistent use of our client's performance system. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with data and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Accurately calculate performance points based on metrics such as attendance, productivity, and other performance indicators.

Maintain and update employee records in the company???s HR or performance management system.

Generate reports on employee points, trends, and performance patterns for management review.

Work with department managers to gather performance data and communicate points-related information to employees.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills

Previous experience in a similar role managing employee performance data.

1-4 years

Qualifications

Experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

Analytical and mathematical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
