Provider Engagement Specialist

The Provider Engagement Specialist will report to the System Manager of Provider Engagement and Development and will partner closely with the System Manager, Team Member Engagement in the development, implementation, and management of initiatives that enhance provider engagement and recognition across Endeavor Health. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the effective execution of engagement strategies, with a focus on flexibility in designing and delivering solutions that meet the needs of our system.

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You Will Do

• Assist in the development and implementation of system provider engagement and recognition programs.
• Support the execution of project plans and timelines to ensure the successful roll-out of provider engagement initiatives.
• Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of provider engagement and recognition programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Support surveys, listening sessions, and additional initiatives to gather provider feedback and measure engagement and wellbeing levels.
• Assist in the analysis of provider engagement and wellbeing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and promotion of initiatives that foster a positive workplace environment.
• Assist in managing a comprehensive provider recognition program that celebrates provider achievements and milestones.
• Help coordinate the development of awards, recognition events, and other initiatives to honor outstanding provider performance and contributions.
• Serve as a point of contact for provider inquiries related to engagement and recognition programs.
• Work closely with HR and Marketing team to deliver consistent messaging in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards that communicate program outcomes and progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis on support content and guidance materials to ensure seamless access for provider leaders.
• Develop and update resources that provide clear and accessible information to support engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Provide training and support to Endeavor Health providers and leaders on the use of engagement and recognition tools.
• Design and deliver flexible solutions that support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Provide support to leaders for recognition initiatives, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to effectively recognize their teams.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, required. Master’s degree, preferred
• Certification: n/a
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, recognition programs, or a related area.
• Unique or Preferred Skills:
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, ability to balance priorities and projects across multiple deadlines
• Demonstrated experience of innovative thinking and creativity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
