Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and respectful care to patients.
- Assist with daily living activities such as dressing, feeding, safe ambulation, and transferring.
- Aid patients with personal hygiene and bathing needs.
- Monitor and document food intake, as well as urinary and fecal output, to communicate with medical professionals.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold safety and infection control standards to maintain a healthy environment.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent listening and communication abilities.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Valid Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification.
- Proven reliability and work ethic.
- Recent physical health examination results from within the last year.
- Negative TB test results from within the last year.
