Title: Marketing Communication

Location: Alameda CA

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for providing client service; Interfacing with client on a daily basis; Plan and execute media plan in multi-medium; Recommends appropriate media and budgets for clients.
• Utilize various database marketing tools and systems to perform analyses on customer behavior, site behavior, develop profiles for and evaluate the effectiveness of targeted marketing.
• Support departmental need for ad-hoc reporting and presentations. Extract all data sets needed to support marketing programs. Establish standard internal reporting packages for marketing clients.
• Perform ongoing analyses on all relationship marketing efforts.
• Interface with operations, product teams and finance in support of various hardware and software issues.
• Responsible for making changes and enhancements in the design of marketing databases.
• Proficient computer skills including (MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Exp.
  
  

Qualification

• Experienced in social media community management
• Familiar with social media moderation platforms – especially Sprinklr. Hard requirement but in general experience with social media monitoring tools (they’re all basically the same tools)
• Some background or familiarity with managing a content calendar/editorial planning would be an advantage.
• Not just someone who can operationally manage a calendar but someone who can contribute content ideas.
• Understand social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, X, TikTok, etc.) and trends
• Familiar with Facebook Business Manager
• Some analytics background would be an advantage (the candidate will support with reporting needs as well)
• Able to accurately proofread and be detail orientated
• Strong communication skills (will be liaising globally)
• Familiar with Excel spreadsheets
• Well organized
