We are looking for a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in the residential setting in Waldorf for a part-time position. The role involves providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The schedule for this position is Thursdays and Fridays from 8am to 2pm, and Saturdays from 2pm to 10pm.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a direct support role preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Must pass a background check
- Must attend all required trainings and complete in a timely manner
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and fostering independence
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Document individual progress and any incidents
- Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality care
- Offer $21/hr. with a $2 weekend differential for this fulfilling role.
