Mobile Device Support Analyst

Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Mobile Device Support Analyst in our manufacturing industry located in Novi, Michigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's enterprise mobility solutions with a focus on mobile device management using systems like AirWatch, Intune and SOTI. The role also involves handling on-premises and cloud VoIP systems and managing lifecycle of various devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mobile device management using systems like AirWatch, Intune, and SOTI.
• Manage on-premises and cloud VoIP systems effectively.
• Handle the lifecycle management of devices including procurement, setup, asset management, upgrading, troubleshooting, replacement, retiring, and recycling of devices.
• Act as the key point of contact for third party vendor support.
• Provide end-user support on mobile devices and handle user inquiries.
• Oversee the license purchase and renewal process of related equipment and services.
• Conduct regular audits of device configurations to ensure optimal operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and manuals.
• Travel to other sites as required for evaluations of systems.
• Answer helpdesk tickets, emails, and walk-ups to support end users effectively.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proven skills in Mobile Device Management and Mobile Device Support
• Experience with AirWatch and Intune is necessary
• Familiarity with VoIP System is required
• Proficient in handling Android Devices, Apple Devices, and iOS Devices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to keep up to date with the latest technology trends and updates.
