We are looking for a Sales Manager Hospitality - USA to join our growing organization!

Qualifications

Job Summary:

As the Sales Manager Hospitality NORTH AMERICA, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving growth in the Hospitality sector across the NORTH AMERICA region. You’ll work closely with procurement leaders from global hotel groups and Hotel GMs, providing tailored solutions and identifying opportunities for growth in FF&E sales. Your focus will be on expanding our footprint in both existing and new markets, managing high-level relationships with key clients, and developing a robust sales strategy that keeps us ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of an aggressive sales strategy to grow our business in the NORTH AMERICA Hospitality sector, delivering consistent, measurable results.
  • Client Relationship & Business Growth: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with Global Hotel Groups, Hotel General Managers (GMs), and procurement leaders. Understand client pain points and identify opportunities to sell our cutting-edge solutions.
  • New Market Penetration: Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities by leveraging your deep industry network. Represent the company at key hospitality events and industry functions to grow our presence in untapped markets.
  • Solution-Based Selling: Promote our products and solutions with an intimate understanding of their impact on the hospitality industry. Deliver compelling presentations and customized pitches to showcase how we address client challenges.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Drive contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client. Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, including proposal development and closing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure alignment on product positioning and client servicing.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving client needs. Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to the senior management team to inform decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in FF&E sales, specifically targeting global or national hospitality groups. Extensive experience working with hotel procurement teams, design heads, and GMs.
  • Network: A strong and well-established network of high-level contacts within the Hospitality industry, including procurement and wellness sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality, wellness, and fitness solutions is a plus, with an ability to understand how our offerings meet client demands and deliver value.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. You must be able to influence senior decision-makers and close deals that align with strategic goals.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently, with a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the NORTH AMERICA region to meet with clients and attend relevant industry events.
