Marketing and Events Coordinator, Far Niente Wine Estates

Our team is expanding to support our growing portfolio of luxury wines and Estates.

The Marketing and Events Coordinator utilizes exceptional project management, communication and organizational skills to support the marketing team and assist in the coordination of regional and national events for Marketing.

You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:

  • Serves as lead point of contact for our local partnership events, including coordinating ticketing, samples & event management for local associations such as Napa Valley Vintners, Napa Wine Growers Association, Oakville Winegrowers, Yountville Chamber of Commerce, Rutherford Dust, Coombsville AVA.
  • Works to support National Marketing events through detailed project management of travel itineraries, tickets, samples/ point of sale supplies and overall event coordination. Provides onsite support as needed.
  • Manages the vendor contracts for media, trade and marketing events. Ensuring compliance with the contract requirements and proper document management.
  • Oversees the departmental PO process. Set up new vendors, set up PO and processes vendor invoices, working closely with the finance team to ensure these are submitted with proper detail and timely to ensure proper payment to service provider.

You will be qualified for this role if you met these requirements:

  • Previous experience of 3 years in an administrative, marketing, operations or similar role.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly functioning team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft office.
  • Traditional office setting, desk location, St. Helena, CA.
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs
  • Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
