- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles.
- Maintain inventory levels and order parts as needed.
- Provide technical support to customers and technicians.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working in a dealership environment for 5+ years.
