We have an immediate need for a logistics coordinator to join our growing team. We are seeking candidates with proficient MS Office skills as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Please apply today!

Responsibilities:

Monitor shipments by tracking containers, via multiple interfaces, to ensure door appointments are met and shipments/containers are delivered in a timely manner.

Communicate to customer(s) of potential delays or issues.

Works collaboratively with internal and external organizations

Deliver cost-effective solutions that keep the long-term interest of the customer as the priority.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for daily incoming and outgoing shipments and plan trucks.

Submit/prepare the shipping documents for Customs clearance.

Handle international/domestic shipments (import/export). Include daily LTL/UPS/FedEx shipments.
