Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our esteemed engineering team. In this critical role, you will deliver expert technical guidance and engineering support, ensuring the implementation of effective engineering procedures and the continuous enhancement of our facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel by designing, installing, commissioning, and upgrading equipment and facilities.
  • Proactively eliminate health risks to avert work disruptions and minimize time loss due to accidents, ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Champion and advance Continuous Improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Oversee all engineering qualification phases of approved projects from conception to implementation, ensuring thorough completion for all endeavors within the division.
  • Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in approved projects.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production challenges.
  • Propose, strategize, and implement methods to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
