Service BDC Representative

Job Summary:

Delray Buick GMC is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. As a Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. This is a full-time hourly position within the auto industry and is perfect for a self-motivated individual looking for a customer service role.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers regarding their vehicle service needs
• Schedule service appointments, confirm appointments, and follow up with customers
• Communicate with customers to obtain necessary information for service appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
• Utilize customer service skills to retain and enhance customer relationships
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to accurately answer customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and service histories
• Collaborate with service department staff to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed customer service goals and standards
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
