Job Summary
We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator for a 1-year contract based in the US, starting in Q4. This role is crucial for developing and delivering training resources, managing learning programs, and supporting event logistics to enhance employee learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal part of the team, ensuring smooth and effective learning and development operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training content including PPTs, training materials, and draft communications.
- Provide logistics support including scheduling, managing Zoom productions, and planning onsite events.
- Perform light analytics tasks, including survey design, reporting, and analyzing training events and trends.
- Engage in light program management focusing on achieving milestones and adhering to delivery dates.
- Assist in graphics design for creating engaging learning materials and resources.
- Proficiency in Content Development.
- Experience with Logistics Support.
- Basic understanding of Analytics and Program Management.
- Background in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related fields is preferred.
