Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator to join our team. This entry-level position operates under direct supervision, focusing on the efficient handling of routine production equipment and machinery, while prioritizing a safe work environment with the ultimate aim of achieving zero accidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts straightforward setup, operation, and routine maintenance of production machinery and testing equipment.
• Utilizes various documents such as job travelers, blueprints, schematics, models, and specifications to complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Identifies and troubleshoots machinery that is not performing optimally, implementing effective solutions.
• Ensures a sufficient supply of raw materials is available for production and adheres to scheduled maintenance for equipment.
• Evaluates and confirms that production items conform to specified tolerances and standards outlined in job documentation.
• Accepts additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the possibility of working nights, weekends, or additional hours as necessary.

• Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field is advantageous.
