You'll evaluate on-going nutritional status to determine appropriate nutrition intervention(s) and recommendations. Consults physician regarding lab tests. Salary/ Wage Range
$19.00 - $31.00 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. - State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located. You will have to be registered as a dietitian.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
- Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
- After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
