HR Director

Description

We are in search of a HR Director to join our team in the hospitality industry located in Smyrna, Georgia. This role focuses on the formulation and implementation of HR policies, managing HR compliance, overseeing employee relations, and maintaining HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure all HR operations comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with brokers to design and manage benefit offerings for employees.
• Supervise employee relations to foster a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Manage performance management procedures and recommend improvements.
• Create a comprehensive employee handbook.
• Maintain HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and utilization.
• Provide regular HR reports to keep management updated on HR dynamics within the organization.
• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, HRMS, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, C-Suite, Employee Relations, and Human Resources (HR) Administration.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and HRMS systems.
• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions within a corporate setting.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Compliance within the HR sector.
• Capacity to communicate and collaborate effectively with C-Suite executives.
• Strong track record in Employee Relations management and resolution.
• Solid background in Human Resources (HR) Administration.
• Ability to oversee and manage all HR-related functions in the company.
• Must have the ability to strategize and implement HR plans and policies.
