Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media
• Market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning
• Develop and maintain relationships with the marketing team of each restaurant
• Ensure websites, digital menu boards (DMBs), and mobile applications maintain current branding, products, pricing, and accurate promotions
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party delivery providers
• Plan and lead all grand opening festivities, customer appreciation days, and other customer engagement events.
• Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute the marketing strategy
• Assist with building store marketing partnerships with local communities
  
  

Senior Marketing Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of marketing experience working for a quick service restaurant franchisee or corporation
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Ability to create, implement and manage budgets
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and similar software preferred
