This position will work cross-functionally, supporting key aspects of revenue operations and vendor management. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, the role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Generate and distribute accurate, timely invoices to clients/customers.Review and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Identify and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and efficiently.Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to address customer billing inquiries and concerns.Perform regular audits of billing processes to recommend improvements.Develop and maintain billing procedures, guidelines, and policy documentation.Analyze financial data to track billing trends, identify revenue leakage, and suggest improvements.Support the development and implementation of billing system enhancements.Generate reports and provide analysis on billing metrics and financial trends.Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory billing requirements.Contribute to the billing automation system implementation project.Conduct customer contract reviews to ensure billing and revenue recognition compliance with ASC 606.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.Strong understanding of recurring revenue models.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization.PandoLogic.
