Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to our diverse client base, ensuring their HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Execute comprehensive maintenance tasks while documenting observations and recommendations to enhance equipment longevity.
- Initiate and manage HVAC equipment startups, guaranteeing optimal performance.
- Foster effective communication with clients and team members, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficient troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues.
- Expertise in conducting thorough maintenance and providing actionable insights for equipment care.
- Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment, including split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
- Valid clearance to operate a company fleet vehicle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Significant experience in HVAC service or maintenance is essential.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a track record of working both independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant HVAC certifications are preferred.
