In this role, you will support our brand by creating visually compelling designs across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and product packaging. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Design a wide range of materials including packaging, digital content, print ads, social media graphics, and promotional materials.Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve Maxima’s brand identity.Assist with product launches, creating all related visual assets.Ensure designs are aligned with the company's quality standards and brand guidelines.Manage design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and project goals.Stay current on industry trends, design software, and digital marketing best practices.Requirements:3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the Powersports (MX/SX), automotive and sports industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, from digital marketing assets to print design.Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Experience in creating content for social media and web.Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling.Why Work with Us:At Maxima Racing Oils, you’ll be part of a team that fosters creativity, collaboration, and a passion for performance.
