Responsible for the oversite of instructional design, technology and learning services to support organizational education and development initiatives. Oversees community learning programs including Experiential Learning and external partnerships. Responsible for the management of the education function and department employees to provide effective education services to improve employee knowledge, skills, and attitudes with the goal of increased productivity and performance outcomes.

Responsible for the management of the education function and department employees to provide effective education services to improve employee knowledge, skills, and attitudes with the goal of increased productivity and performance outcomes.
Requirements
- Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in education, technology or health care; additional experience may be substituted for degree.
- Instructional Design Certificate or equivalent.
- Completion of training industry credentialing within 18 months of hire (ex: CPTD, CPTM, etc).
- Experience
- Four (6) to six (8) years of related experience in adult education in the classroom, online, and in blended environments and, thus, practical knowledge in teaching adults.
- Experience in health care education environment preferred.
- Demonstrated successful knowledge and application of curriculum development, instructional design, classroom facilitation, and education program creation and delivery.
- Experience with a variety of instructional technology required, specific experience coordinating a Learning Management System preferred.
