The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead their US operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company at a pivotal moment in its expansion. As CEO, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling the company's presence in the US market, driving business development, and ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the US market
  • Build and nurture a strong client base through strategic business development and relationship management
  • Lead all aspects of US operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices
  • Manage finances with full P&L responsibility, focusing on profitability and sustainable growth
  • Collaborate closely with the overseas office to align strategies and integrate business cultures
  • Drive innovation in AI-powered IT staffing and recruitment solutions

What You Bring

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing with deep knowledge of US market dynamics
  • Proven track record in leadership roles (CEO, COO) with experience scaling NAM operations, preferably for foreign companies
  • Extensive network and comprehensive understanding of US employment laws
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, business development, and sales
  • Ideally, a cross-cultural experience working between European and US markets

  • Level 1 - Virtual Interview with the Founder and COO (General fit)
  • Level 2 - 30-60-90 Days Presentation (Skills assessment)
  • Level 3 - Meeting with the Founder, COO, and Strategic Advisor (Final)
  • Reference and Background checks: conducted after successful interviews
  • Job offer: provided to the selected candidate
