Hagerman has an immediate need for an experienced Asset/Equipment Manager for our Fishers, IN location.
In this role, you'd be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of construction equipment rentals for the corporation. This includes leading all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, including achievement of financial and performance goals.
Ideal candidate will have significant experience in the equipment rental or related industry, including at least 2 years of customer facing experience. High level of technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities equivalent to that derived from related training. Demonstrated ability to thoroughly understand corporate budgeting and finance concepts. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, skills. Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills. Must hold a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record must meet standards of insurability.
Demonstrated ability to use various software applications including: Microsoft Suite, including ability to understand cost spreadsheets, and aging report. Experience with ToolWatch preferred.
