Supplier Quality Support Specialist - Remote

The Functional Supp Spec is responsible for administrative processing of supplier on-boarding documentation. This includes following documented business procedures, collaborating cross-functionally, and cross-checking supplier submitted information to industry requirements and system information. This individual is an administrator of the BAE Systems Supplier Control & Management System including, but not limited to, the Approved Supplier List (ASL).

This individual needs to have solid communication skills as well as the ability to engage across the organization in building effective relationships.



Common Role Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Administration of the ASL accurately
• Data extraction & interpretation for decision-making
• Cross-functional engagement, particularly with Procurement
• Administration of Supplier Evaluations program
• Reporting and communication to leadership
  
  

This position is 100% remote and can be worked from anywhere in the greater 50 states.



Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures
• High level of attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks to ensure internal customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  
  
  

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Oracle experienced user
• Familiarity with supplier management systems
  
  
  

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
