Position Summary

Rausch Coleman Homes is actively seeking an Online Account Executive due to three promotions within the department in the last 90 days. Take advantage of this opportunity to expand your career as you will be eligible for promotion after 1 year. This position plays a critical role in developing customer relationships to maximize growth in revenue, profit, and market penetration. This will be done by managing a pipeline of potential buyers, developing and executing business plans, communicating with company leadership, and identifying key competitive advantages in your territory.

Job Duties

  • Creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Directly engage with hundreds of company-generated leads per month while providing a positive and informative customer experience
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your territory to understand their needs
  • Inform customers about the inventory and contingent inventory that is available in the area they are interested in
  • Work with lending institutions to assist clients with the loan process
  • Maintain communication with Division Leadership on Appointments and follow up with potential clients accordingly.
  • Ensure accuracy of price sheets and update when necessary.
  • Provide information to customers i.e., interest regarding schools, community type, location directions, relocation.
  • Additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional setting.
  • Knowledge of market research and sales principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and spoken word
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Highly motivated.
  • Have a "Day 1" mentality

Physical Demands

  • Lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently and frequently moving small objects.
  • Frequently sitting for long periods of time
  • Walking or standing occasionally
  • This position works mostly indoors going outdoors may be frequently required
  • Must have manual use of hands and vision to use computer constantly
