Communications & Marketing Assistant

Description

As a Communications and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our church and school's communication and marketing efforts. Working closely with the Communications Team, the assistant will assist with various tasks, including calendaring, purchase orders, coordinating marketing campaigns, and managing print requests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Communications & Marketing Director in the following areas:

• Organize the communications department's ordering and internal purchase order process.
• Organize the Communications Department calendar and coordinate tasks with team members.
• Write meeting minutes and assist in the maintenance of shared drive files.
• Oversee and fulfill print requests, ensuring each print request is produced on time and billed correctly.
• Maintain and organize our internal print shop, ensuring materials are always fully stocked.
• Assist with various marketing campaigns as needed.
• Assist in the creation of communication and marketing reports as needed.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Monday.com preferred
