Job Title: SAP Technical Analyst (SAPUI5, JavaScript, XML, CSS3, HTML5)

Job Overview

We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity for an experienced SAP Technical Analyst to join our innovative team at Sodexo. This fully remote position allows candidates to work from anywhere in the U.S. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of SAP objects, requiring a deep understanding of SAP technologies along with exceptional communication skills. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless integration of SAP systems within the broader technology framework of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete development and delivery of SAP objects, ensuring adherence to all technological standards.
• Collaborate effectively with various business units to ensure the integration of SAP systems with other technological solutions.
• Provide enduring support and maintenance, ensuring 24⁄7 operational readiness.
• Design and create SAP solutions that meet system development and implementation requirements.
• Act as a liaison with external technical resources, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in Fiori, with experience in developing and supporting custom and freestyle Fiori applications, complemented by strong debugging skills.
• Demonstrated ability in configuring and customizing the SAP Fiori Launchpad.
• Strong understanding of Fiori security, system administration, roles setup, and role mapping.
• Competence in Fiori design patterns and UI theme designer expertise.
• Familiarity with MVC framework and technical knowledge in SAPUI5, JavaScript, XML, CSS3, and HTML5.
• Proven experience using SAP Web IDE and SAP BTP.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 6-8 years of experience in IT or business, including solid experience in systems analysis and structured analysis methods.
• Previous involvement in at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations, with a preference for experience in dynamic support environments.
• Prior experience with Fiori development in three implementation projects (greenfield or brownfield) is highly desirable.
• Broad knowledge of client and SAP architecture and IT standards in networking, hardware, and software.
