Accounting Manager – Meridian, ID (Hybrid)Job SummaryThe Accounting Manager will play a high-impact role, working cross-functionally to manage complex technical accounting issues related to revenue, M&A, and compliance. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesResolve complex technical accounting issues (revenue, M&A, ad hoc transactions) and document positions in memorandumsCollaborate with FP&A, tax, legal, product, and operations teams to provide accounting guidanceLead and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureStay updated on new accounting pronouncements and ensure compliance with US and international lawsLiaise with external auditors and tax preparersSupervise AR, AP, and general accounting to ensure US GAAP adherenceAssist M&A team with post-acquisition activities (balance sheets, valuations, tech stack integration)Handle sales & use tax returns and monitor state physical and economic nexusQualifications8+ years of progressive accounting experienceCPA or Master’s degree preferredExpertise in ASC 606 and ASC 805 (M&A)Experience with multi-company, multi-currency organizationsStrong proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skillsPrior experience in accounting advisory or a technical accounting roleStrong communication and leadership skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary - $100,000 - $140,000Health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with company matchProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesLocation:This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence three days per week in Meridian, ID.About Us:This posting is managed by CV Resources, a premier recruitment firm specializing in accounting and finance roles.
