HRIS SUPPORT ANALYST AT PRIMEFLIGHT!

The HRIS Support Analyst (UKG Pro) at PrimeFlight Aviation Services plays a crucial role in supporting HRIS, Payroll, and field station organization and in maintaining the company’s Human Resources Information System. We are seeking a team member who is passionate about system administration and providing customer support to both internal and external partners. The ideal candidate for this position should have a good understanding of HR and Payroll policies and practices and a working knowledge of all UKG Pro functional components or a similar HR system.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide support for HRIS programs and system administration, which may include managing enrollment processes and assisting with various company initiatives
  • Complete a variety of audit requests, assessments, and agency report requests
  • Supports HR Operations with statutory reporting such as EEO, BLS, CA reporting requirements, etc.
  • Provide necessary HRIS-related information to respond to internal and external audit requests
  • Document workflows, configure and/or build activities, change management adherence, end-user notifications, training information, and status reporting
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Team to manage system workflow processes, including updating and maintaining organizational levels, locations, company information, and other business rules within the HRIS platform and other systems
  • Document and update standard system processes to ensure effective backup among HRIS team members
  • Troubleshoots and resolves reported issues to ensure timely resolution, including opening, monitoring, and managing support cases in UKG
  • Manage user access across all the UKG Applications
  • Participate in system update initiatives and projects
  • May be assigned other duties as required

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to research and report on the “How” & “Why” questions for all users
  • Demonstrated talent for successfully providing training and technical support, both over the phone and through email, to users with varying levels of technical proficiency
  • Highly proficient data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of being detail-oriented, with outstanding follow-through
  • UKG Pro HR, Recruiting, and Onboarding experience or prior HR and Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Knowledge of the Employee Hiring Process: Application - Candidate - Interview - Offer Letter - Acceptance – Onboarding – Process Hire Experience in HRIS systems, UKG is a plus
  • BI reporting experience is needed to create reports ready for review and upload without further manipulation
  • Workflow knowledge and configuration experience
  • Excellent follow-up and follow through
  • Prior Experience with Role-Based Security management experience, a plus
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents 
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
  • Experience creating SOP’s
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish, a plus
  • Experience creating user guides and training materials
  • User training and support experience
  • Support ticketing system experience
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
