Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Level II Technical Support professional to join our dynamic team focused on providing seamless technical assistance within our healthcare clinic environment. As a Level II IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinic-specific technology, allowing our healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Installing: Assembling and configuring hardware and peripheral components for workstations, encompassing tasks such as setting up monitors, desktops, and printers.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to maintain a reliable technology infrastructure.
- User Support: Provide responsive and effective support to clinic staff, addressing inquiries related to software applications, medical devices, and IT systems.
- Ticket Management: Log and manage support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of all issues.
- Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical users, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware configurations, software installations, and troubleshooting procedures to enhance support efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT professionals and healthcare providers to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Security: Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, to safeguard patient information.

- Must have CompTIA A+ and preferably Network +
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) sector.
- Knowledge of Office 365, Azure and Intune.
- Knowledge of hospitals EMR system is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of clinic-specific software, medical devices, and general IT systems.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist users of varying technical backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures and support activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with IT professionals and healthcare staff.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows in the healthcare environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of healthcare data security and privacy regulations, especially HIPAA.
- Preferably, candidates holding an A+ certification or Network+ are strongly encouraged to apply.
