What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and leading all aspects of the human resource function across all locations within the organization.

  • Lead multi-location team assuring a collaborative and effective work environment at all locations
  • This will require some overnight travel; a minimum of four (4) trips each year to Tulsa, Oklahoma
  • Develop and lead corporate HR policy development and implementation
  • Lead corporate wellness activities, including supporting location-specific initiatives
  • Lead payroll team and all associated duties
  • Manage and continually improve performance evaluation tools, process, timing, and execution
  • Lead performance corrective action policies, processes, and implementation
  • Obtain outside legal counsel as required to ensure compliance
  • Provide leadership team advice on compensation, benefits, personnel development, and training
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations obtaining outside legal counsel as needed
  • Support internal and external audit activities through both direct participation and responses to compliance requests relative to the HR function
  • Lead corporate learning and development activities to both support employee development and ensure effective compliance with ethics, workplace safety, and other HR initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with third-party benefit advisory companies as required
  • Lead 401K Committee and assures fiduciary compliance
  • Develop, plan, and lead the hiring process for all functions and locations
  • Lead and manage the internal recruiting function
  • Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to employees in support of the HR function
  • Evaluate and analyze the results of programs and services regularly and systematically; report these results to the executive leadership team


Your Experiences & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, human resource management, or organizational development
  • Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) certification is required and Certified Human Resources Director (CHRD) preferred
  • Minimum of ten (10) years HR experience, including four (4) years at a leadership level
  • Minimum of five (5) years HR experience in a manufacturing company
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Action-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
  • Directive leadership skills focused on achieving business results
  • Ability to make decisions independently as well as with teams
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to conduct presentations to executive groups and employees
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze within an environment of change
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
