Job Description

As part of Arizona Facility Operations, the Director – Phoenix Facility Operations and Maintenance will be responsible for the care, maintenance and improvement of the spring training facility and professional baseball playing fields for the Milwaukee Brewers spring training facility in Phoenix, AZ. The position will plan and implement all programs and services related to spring training facility operations and maintenance.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and implement building maintenance for Brewers facility including but not limited to the development of a short and long-term maintenance programs for all building equipment, systems and all cleaning activities of the facility
  • Operate and maintain all facility equipment in a safe manner and keep in excellent working condition
  • Maintain all city and state business licenses including permits and inspections required by government and local authorities

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; a minimum of 5 years related experience in sports-related or similar building maintenance and/or facility operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
