Care Coordinator

The Care Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation and management of ' childcare and family support services. This role ensures that high-quality care and services are provided to clients, aligning with the company’s mission to support working parents and families. As a coordinator, you will liaise with caregivers, clients, and management to maintain the standards that make us a trusted partner to over 1,000 leading employees.

• Assist in managing the daily operations of ' childcare and family support services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for parents, caregivers, and families, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent, high-quality care.
• Ensure that all safety standards, state and federal regulations, and company protocols are always adhered to.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supporting caregivers, ensuring they have the resources and skills needed to deliver excellent service.
• Regularly assess the quality of service provided, gather feedback from clients and staff, and take corrective action when necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication between management, staff, and clients, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all clients, employees, and regulatory bodies. Assist with payroll, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
• Support the development and implementation of new childcare, elder care, or educational programs as needed.
• Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and teamwork among branch staff. Other Duties:
