About The Organization

Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders.  PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

Job Summary

The Director of Quality Management is integral to leading and advancing the Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives at Operation PAR. This role is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of services across the organization’s continuum of care. The Director will ensure that PI practices are implemented effectively throughout the organization, promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement and operational excellence.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as health administration, public health, or quality improvement is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in performance improvement or quality assurance in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

(A comparable amount of training, education or experience may be substituted for the above minimum qualifications.)

Skills And Abilities

  • Ability to communicate clearly with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to evaluate and develop systems.
  • Knowledge of performance improvement techniques and tools
  • Knowledge of CARF and data management techniques
  • Computer skills including Windows, Word Perfect for Windows, Excel or other spreadsheet, and basic knowledge of a database program

Licenses, Certification And Registrations

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (preferred)
