Office Manager/Executive Assistant

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the CPG industry for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role primarily revolves around administrative duties and assisting executives in their day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Accurately processing invoices and handling billing-related tasks.
• Conducting data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, manage data, and perform calculations.
• Assisting executives in their daily tasks and coordinating schedules.
• Ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring customer accounts and executing appropriate actions as needed.
• Implementing office policies and procedures to maintain workplace efficiency.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Office Manager or Executive Assistant role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with billing procedures
• Familiarity with data entry tasks
• Knowledge of invoice processing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Professionalism and a positive attitude
