Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role can be filled by either a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or a Registered Nurse (RN), depending on qualifications. Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage respiratory therapies and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Perform assessments, including respiratory rate, lung sounds, and oxygen saturation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Valid LVN or RN license in the state of California.
- Experience in respiratory care preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
