Location: Vineyard Post Acute, Petaluma

Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 (bonus opportunities)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the rehabilitation department, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulations.
• Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments to align rehabilitation services with overall facility goals.
• Monitor and manage department budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure successful financial outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep the department on the cutting edge of rehabilitation care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current California license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Forward-thinking approach with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
