Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Liaison at Hamilton TK-8. The Community Liaison will be responsible for engaging with the community, facilitating communication between the school district and the public, providing excellent customer service, conducting community outreach efforts, and supporting home care programs.

Qualifications

• Community Engagement, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in community outreach initiatives
• Knowledge of home care programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Background in education or social work is beneficial
