Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, administrative functions, and other HR duties as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
