Regional Director of Clinical Operations (Dayton)

CareCore Health, a premier provider of skilled nursing care with eleven facilities across Ohio, is seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our corporate clinical team. This critical role supports the VP of Clinical Operations in overseeing clinical excellence across our Dayton-area facilities, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents.

As a member of our Corporate Clinical Team, you will:

• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide mentorship and training to facility-based clinical teams.
• Oversee and adapt clinical policies and procedures to maintain best practices.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic clinical initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and manage top clinical talent across all facilities, included hiring as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a regional or corporate role.
