Job Description

The Data Center HPC AI Intern will be responsible for Linux system administration support for HPC AI systems in our Engineering Lab in Chippewa Falls. Will install OS on Engineering systems along with software installation and configuration of storage file systems.

Essential Job Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

• Configure and image servers with Linux OS and configure switches to work within our labs.
• Setup multiple root partitions and install a variety of OS versions on the partitions.
• Update DNS entries and configure systems to run on HPE network per our network security protocols at HPE.
• Familiar with storage arrays; Lustre file systems and local networked storage.
• Some familiarizations of Bitwarden, Zabbix, Ansible, and Docker.
  
  

Responsibilities

Four-year university students who are working in a technical internship role at the company during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.

Education And Experience Required

High School Degree

3rd Year of University completed--typically a technical degree specialization.

USD Hourly: $27.50 - $33.25
