Soni's growing client is seeking to add a Training Coordinator. In this role, you will collaborate with HR, Accounting, and other teams to support business transformations by identifying training gaps, developing effective solutions, and managing training progress reports. Key responsibilities include ensuring site readiness, coordinating and refining training programs, deploying various training methods, building effective working relationships with the project team, implementing Oracle finance and supply chain solutions, and continuously improving training processes.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.

- Strong presentation skills
- 3-5 years of change management and/or project management experience
- Experience with cloud-based ERP
