Responsibilities
Provide daily leadership oversight to Patient Access/Registration team/Financial counseling
Managing and maintaining system goals requires daily tracking trending and report out
Working system generated reports and daily dashboards
Effectively Lead frontline registration staff to improve customer service and patient satisfaction
Participates in daily meetings as the representative of Patient Access/Registration for Dominican
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory / management role working in a hospital Patient Registration Department.
