- Ensure the accurate preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile accounts such as bank and credit card statements regularly for accuracy
- Efficiently process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Provide necessary financial data and analysis to support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with audits by supplying necessary documentation and information
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of accounting tasks
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support financial reporting needs.
