This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does a Content Creator make an impact?

• Creates video and photo digital content which may include interviews, commercial productions, live events, lifestyle shoots, and social media content that tells a story and strengthens our brand identity.
• Works closely with social media team to execute on their strategy by creating compelling visual content that enhances engagement, promotes our brand/products/services, and resonates with our target audience.
• Plans, shoots, and edits high-quality videos and photos for use across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Further amplifies creative work through copywriting and creative storytelling techniques to produce engaging short-form videos, reels, and photography for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Edits and retouches images and videos to ensure they meet COUNTRY’s standards for quality and consistency.
• Stays up to date with industry trends, tools, techniques and best practices to ensure content remains fresh, innovative, and relevant.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute content for campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives as well as analyze results for key learnings and optimizations.
  
  

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Proven experience as a content creator with a strong portfolio showcasing photo and video work.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) or other relevant editing tools.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and framing for both photography and videography.
• Experience in traveling with and using professional and mobile video and photo equipment.
• Ability to lift, move and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, including the ability to walk and carry equipment some distances to accomplish photographic assignments.
• Regularly sits, stands, bends and stoops in a studio or field environment.
• Works in some outside settings, such as fairs and festivals. Working ins seasonal temperatures.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Occasional photography/videography outside of normal business hours (early morning, late evening, occasional weekend) required.
• Some travel throughout the year, including overnight trips and weekend assignments.
• Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
