Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This position will be based at our clinic located at 1526 Walden Ave in Cheektowaga. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours), Monday - Friday with 1 evenings a week required (until 8:30pm).

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • manage a caseload, with individual, family and group counseling
  • responsible for treatment planning and session notes
  • meet productivity standards
  • work as part of an integrated team
  • manage and run groups

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in a mental health or social work related field and be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-P, etc.)
  • One year of direct service, post-graduate, experience preferred, but not require
  • Demonstrates a knowledge base upon which they can provide direct clinical service and advisement

Salary starting at $50,000 - 60,000 depending on education, credential and experience. Potential to earn an additional $4,000 per year through performance-based bonuses.
