Position Overview

Join our dynamic Development and Integration team as a Software Engineering Intern! You will develop, test, implement, document, and support custom applications and integrations in a fast-paced business environment. This role requires a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering results efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Developers on the development, modification, documentation, and maintenance of web, desktop, and mobile applications that interact with Oracle and MS SQL databases using technologies like .NET, Blazor, RabbitMQ, Docker, Gitlab CI/CD, Azure Services and more.
• Monitor and address help desk issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions with a focus on end-user satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal users by providing high-quality support for technical issues.
• Support the IT team in resolving various technical challenges across the organization, including custom and integration development.
• Handle sensitive company information with confidentiality and care.
• Assist in the design and development of SQL queries and reports, contributing to front-end data analysis tools and business performance reporting.
• Ensure adherence to departmental guidelines and policies, taking responsibility for assigned projects from evaluation through deployment.
• Contribute to projects that involve computing hardware configuration, productivity software, applications development, and operational support as they relate to IS.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with .NET framework, .NET Core, Object Oriented Programming, SQL databases, and general software development principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
