Our Team
As part of our Transportation Solutions business unit, you will have the opportunity to learn and support other project managers within our suite of high-power connector, terminal, sensors, and other connector products. This role will work cross-functionally with other departments, including Engineering, Quality, and Product Management.

Our Team

What You Will Do
- Project Planning – supporting Project Managers with Product Test scheduling, planning and executing with Global Test facilities
- Project RnD Spend Analysis – Exposure to financial analysis with Project Manager
- Opportunity to shadow PJM’s within team supporting project team activities
- Support other departments, Engineering, Quality and Product Managers as needed
- Opportunities will be provided to develop skillset within project management team
- Plan an assigned activity through complete life cycle, including financials
- Learn Molex PDP and Project Manager responsibilities
- Learn technical skills from support resources
- Learn Molex Lab and product test procedures
- Networking and career path opportunities exposure
- Currently enrolled in an engineering, business, or related technical degree program
- Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- Prior internship/co-op experience
